RIP to my friend and one of the most influential leaders the city of Venice has ever been blessed with. Never have I met someone who can take the negative energy around them and transform it into positive so effortlessly. Your spirit and influence as a youth minister, mentor, staff member at the Venice Boys & Girls Club, artist, and overall amazing human being have touched countless lives and for that you are always with us. It has been an honor to have known you for the past 11 years. Rest easy Oscar Duncan.
